Any location we may find to host a shipping container will likely have a limited footprint available for placement. Assumption is it will be a paved location, alternatively it could be placed on a gravel base or blocks.
We intend for this to be a "short-term" (~2 year) solution to get the project off the ground while continuing to look for a permanent site in permanent structure, though there are examples of shipping containers turning into permanent sites, the internal width and height limitations challenge effective use containers for this purpose.
